James Talman is an independent management consultant to the SPRA with over 25 years executive experience in the UK roofing industry both in supply and installation. In the more recent past he is known for founding and establishing Protan (UK) as a significant contributor in the single ply roofing sector. He has wide experience of most polymers in the single ply sector.
