SPRA services are free of charge and designed to help you get what you want
quickly.
A seminar at your office? SPRA offers high quality, up-to-date generic advice. We can provide a seminar
approved by the Royal Institute of British Architects (Continuing Professional
Development unit). Other
presentations e.g. to professional bodies, conferences or in-house technical
update can be designed and arranged to suit you, often at no charge.

Technical literature? We are developing a completely new range of information sheets. The first is our new Design Guide. Check downloads for a printable version.
Disputes resolution? SPRA will investigate issues relating to member compliance with the quality criteria. We can also put you in contact with independent consultants for matters of condition assessment and testing.
Identify product? Email the project name, address and date of construction, or send a small sample, and we will use our member quick-response system to try and help.
