The CPA met this week with the Manufacturing Alliance, a select working group of trade association members of the EEF, which itself represents the wider UK manufacturing industries. Other CPA members of this group include the British Coatings Federation and the British Plastics Federation. The working group is used to leverage the strength of trade associations in addressing urgent matters with the government such as Brexit and trade, the upcoming autumn budget, immigration, skills, etc. For further information contact jeff.may@constructionproducts.org.uk.
