New Incident Alert System proposal from Build UK
Build UK have been working on an Incident Alert System which allows organisations to share both incidents and lessons learnt, the objective is to reduce the number, and minimise the risk, of accidents and incidents occurring on construction sites by facilitating the sharing of information across the industry. You will note that this system does not allow for any reference to either organisations and individuals potentially involved, to ensure that no organisation or individual can be identified from the information supplied.
It is intended that the proposed guidance and template (please login to SPRA members area to access) will be launched at the start of July. There will then be a review in December to review the notifications received and your feedback on the system overall.
